Our proofing papers that carry the Fogra-Cert logo have been certified by Fogra. The substrates have been tested and approved with respect to a number of different criteria:
• Paper color should be in compliance with ISO 12647-7 standard for proofing.
• Gloss level should be in compliance with ISO 8254-1.
• Permanence test on relative humidity and temperature over a 2 month period.
• Light fastness over a 1 month period.
The PerfectProof 'Contract proofing'-substrates with Fogra certification are suited for high-quality proofing and will guarantee a quality according to the ISO 12647-7 proofing standard. Prints made on these papers are actual CONTRACT proofs provided they have been verified and validated with a certification application.
When you have problems with the color consistency of your output, or when the overall color result does not match the reference printing process, please verify wether you have used the most applicable 'Certified Proof Substrate' for your digital proof.
